A successful stopover

A decent quality hotel for a good price not far from Singapore Airport. I checked in pretty late so the 24 hour reception was very useful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed.

Nothing - All was good.

the whole stay was basically just fine, value for money.. they allow luggages to be left at the hotel while waiting for

the accessibility to bus stations and the hotel provides amenities everyday and changes the towels everyday too, the staff were so friendly also

when we entered the room, it was kinda dirty.. there was hair on the bed and the TV and kettle was so dusty..

Convenient basic one night motel in great location with friendly staff

I was very impressed with front desk staff, who had organised early check in for me despite my plane being delayed on the tarmac and me having no SIM card to contact them which lead to Me arriving later than expected. Such friendliness and kindness was shown to me with suggestions for local food and coffee. I truly commend the service.

So I just stayed for a one night layover because it was cheap and I like the area. I had seen reviews prior to booking and knew what to expect. However, if you are considering this hotel for longer than a one night layover, please book elsewhere, there are plenty of more comfortable and clean, modern hotels in the joo chiat area. There is significant mould on the room which is concerning for health reasons. The air con filters seem to need a change badly too, they look like they haven’t been changed in a long time. The shower is a Japanese small bathroom style which if you have not been to Japan, will throw some people. There are no wall plugs near the bed. This is more a motel style room. Suitable only for a quick one night layover in a great location with great staff

This hotel is the best choice if you are on a budget and a transferring passengers.

The shops near the hotel was abundant. Lots of coffee shops ranging from fine dining to a simple eateries, got bars and convenient shops as well. For a budget hotel, this one ticks the right.

Our room got no windows and it also lacks a few basic necessities. But it wasn’t bad. The hotel still a good spot for any transferring customers.

Enjoyed our stay, all in all.

Room was adequate for the price, location was good, bus nearby, lively street with lots of small restaurants but not too loud. Staff was friendly, but couldn't fix the wifi problems.

The wifi/Internet was very poor, and would be my main reason for using another hotel next time.

Very good

Hotel was far by walk from the nearest MRT station, however public bus is available and station is few walks from the premises. Hotel was clean and neat, smells good too. Staffs are accommodating.

Though we had the GF room (near the reception) Wifi is slow and connection is bad. Need to stand next to the month door to get the connection :(

The neighborhood is pretty, there are many cafés, stores, there is a shopping mall nearby as well. The nearest subway stations are a bit far, but there are bus stops nearby.

The bathtub could use a refit.

Convenient Singaporean location for an overnight stop not far from the airport.

Cleanliness of room. Helpful staff. Convenient location for the airport.

Our room was very small. This did not matter for an overnight stay but would be a problem after a few days.

The room was very small for two people. Also I had requested twin beds but the original room had a double bed so I again requested a room with twin beds and was given one.

Location and price are really convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received fresh clean towels and water every day.

Floor was not swiped or mopped during our 1 week stay.
